Our software upgrade is available for all Quattro and 4Motion MQB vehicles made from 2014-2024 with the module part number 0CQ 907 554 (X).  (check before ordering with vcds - obd-eleven etc ) 

 

Audi RS3 8V and TTRS 8S Now Available (Featuring all the improvements apart from power split as these models already have a 50-50 split)

 

 

In its stock form the Generation 5 Haldex unit will only send 30% of its power to the rear wheels under acceleration, although it does have the ability to send up to 50%. This is only achieved in certain situations such as wheelspin and for the most part leaves the car with a 70/30 front to rear power split.  

 

Our software allows a near perfect 50-50 power split between the front and rear wheels while under acceleration, this works wonders for overall performance in all forms of driving. 

This is all achieved while keeping factory tolerances safe within the Haldex system.  Vehicles with engine software benefit even more, the higher the power output the more prominent the front axle power is. This can lead to potential loss of traction, especially during launch conditions. 

 

Our upgrade is a must for improved handling, faster launches are simply an added benefit!

We have carried out extensive testing in all road driving conditions as well as motorsports. During drag racing we found an average 60ft launch improvement of 0.08/0.10 secs depending on conditions. Track work found cars where much more balanced during high speed cornering and corner exits. We even found use cases for cold weather conditions massively assisting ice and snow driving!

Vanaf nu mogelijk bij ons! Haldex aanpassing voor MQB

In de standaardconfiguratie stuurt de Generation 5 Haldex-eenheid slechts 30% van het vermogen naar de achterwielen bij acceleratie, hoewel het in staat is om tot 50% door te geven. Dit gebeurt echter alleen in specifieke situaties, zoals wielspin, en zorgt in de meeste gevallen voor een vermogenverdeling van 70/30 tussen de voor- en achterwielen.

Onze software maakt het mogelijk om een bijna perfecte 50-50 vermogensverdeling tussen de voor- en achterwielen te realiseren tijdens acceleratie. Dit verbetert de prestaties aanzienlijk, ongeacht de rijomstandigheden.

Dit wordt bereikt zonder de fabrieksmarges van het Haldex-systeem in gevaar te brengen. Voertuigen met aangepaste motormanagementsoftware profiteren zelfs nog meer; hoe hoger de vermogensoutput, hoe meer vermogen naar de vooras wordt gestuurd. Dit kan leiden tot verlies van grip, vooral bij snelle acceleraties.

Onze upgrade is essentieel voor verbeterde handling, en de snellere acceleratie is slechts een extra voordeel!
