First Steps
If you are a first time user and have never had access to our system before, make sure you have the link of our portal at https://portal.gt-innovation.com ready in you browser.
Make sure your computer, laptop, or Mobile Device has enough space and good internet connection for software installation.
If you are using a laptop or a mobile device make sure you have enough battery to complete any required procedure (50% charge or more)
Before you embark on the process of flashing or reprogramming your engine or gearbox management system, it is imperative that you take the following precautions:
- Ensure that you are operating in a controlled and safe environment.
- Connect your vehicle to a stable power supply & open the hood
- Close any unnecessary utilities, such as the radio or lights, to minimize potential distractions or disruptions.
- If you are flashing with a mobile phone or tablet please disconnect your phone from your vehicle's multimedia device to prevent interference during the procedure.
These steps are vital to ensure a smooth and error-free operation while working on your vehicle's management system.
